Monica Bess
Monica Bess, founder of Bess Blvd Real Estate Company, has served the community over 15 years in the real estate industry. With Monica, you receive an experienced REALTOR having affiliations with Ohio REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS following a Code of Ethics and Standard Practices. She belongs to four MLS services which maximizes marketing exposure for her clients.
During her career, Monica has achieved numerous sales awards. She is currently highlighting holding designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist SRES, Seller Representative Specialist SRS, from the National Association of REALTORS. These designations allow access to specialized selling strategies. She has a desire to advise and help our aging populations find a home to accommodate their desires as well as helping a seller prepare to sell their home.
She is a supporter of RPAC- REALTOR POLITICAL ACTION which is the key to protecting and promoting the real estate industry. Locally, she supporst the Community Foundation for Crawford County and the Wyandot County Community Foundation by donating a portion of the agency sales in honor of Bess Blvd clients.
Elise Jones
Elise Jones epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative services in every detail of your real estate transactions. Elise grew up in Bucyrus and graduated from Bucyrus High School. Elise also is a graduate of Marion Technical College and Franklin University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Forensic Accounting. After graduating, Elise worked as a real estate accountant for a popular retailer in Columbus. This is where she found a passion for real estate. With the relocation of her family back to Bucyrus, she decided to pursue her passion and become a licensed real estate agent.
Danel Coons McKain
Danel Coons McKain is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, OHIO REALTORS, Mansfield Association of REALTORS, and a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS. NAR’s mission: To empower REALTORS as they preserve, protect and advance the right to real property for all. Earning her certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) from the National Association of REALTORS, Danel enjoys the challenge of continuing education programs provided by various real estate experts. Her goal is to be able to share her knowledge in each real estate transaction for a positive experience for buyers and sellers alike.
Danel and Jim have 30+ years experience in business. Together they own and operate the retail side of a fifth generation family owned establishment. They know the importance of developing connections with clients to provide incredible service and lasting friendships.
Having been a life long resident of Wyandot County, Danel (aka Dani) grew up in the small village of Nevada and graduated from Wynford High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Jim McKain and together they live in rural Upper Sandusky on a small hobby farm, where they have raised their two daughters.
Danel will provide you with excellence in customer service, with a commitment to work hard, listen to your needs and follow through. She promises to build and maintain relationships by communicating effectively and to provide you, with a superior real estate experience.
Jacqueline Stoll
Recognized for her caring and passionate character, Jacqueline Stoll intends to service every client through hard-work, honesty, dedication, and respect. Jacqueline is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Ohio REALTORS®. Her goal is to provide a personalized experience for buyers and sellers of Crawford County and surrounding areas, by making sure their wants and needs are met.
In addition to being a REALTOR®, Jacqueline works at Galion High School as a certified Teacher’s Aide, specializing in working with children with multiple disabilities. Students in the Galion community have inspired her to further contribute, through helping families of Crawford County buy or sell a home.
Jacqueline has been a resident of Bucyrus for 25 Years. She lives with her family: Adam, Faith, and Jaxon. She enjoys making memories with family and friends and rooting for the Buckeyes and Browns. Jacqueline gives back to the community by her involvement with Abilities in Action. She advocates for persons with disabilities entering the workforce, providing them with the knowledge and skills to achieve their career and life goals.
