Lutz Custom Homes

In 1987, brothers Tim and Duane Lutz started Lutz Custom Homes. Since then they have built hundreds of homes in Crawford and other surrounding counties. They also have improved many buildings within the city of Bucyrus, as well as developed subdivisions.

The first home in the Kottages of Kincora was built in October of 2021. When the project is completed there will be 28 homes built in this subdivision, with four distinctive floor plans averaging 1,500 square feet each.
